We had an early morning start today. We left at 6 to head to the chapel site. Our team worked with the Time Ministries team to finish the chapel. It was very rewarding to see Pastor Joel receive the key to their new church building. We pray that God will use this chapel in a mighty way so that many Dominicans in that community will come to know Jesus. We are proud of our team for their hardwork and our church for their support.
Finished out the day with a wonderful celebration banquet and worship time at the mission house. There was so much wonderful food to eat. Then, we were blessed with amazing worship songs sang by our new friends. Finally, we had a sharing time where we were able to share how God has touched our lives this week. It was abundantly clear that our team has received many blessings during our trip. We will go back to the United States with a new perspective of God’s love and what it means to Love God, Love One Another and Love the World.
